SAC store and camping equipments sorting

Date: Sunday 1st Aug 2010
Time: 1pm to 5pm
Number of volunteers required ---about 20
Task include taking all tents to open field next to mrt track, erect them to check completeness of items and to clean, sun them and repack.
Check out stoves and sort out the usable ones and those tat can be repair and dispose spoil ones.
Others like ground sheets, pots and cooking items to store properly.
Cleaning of store shelves.
Drinks and snacks for coffee break provided.
